Vanessa Carlton has released the newest single off her upcoming album, entitled Rabbits on The Run, which will be released June 21, 2011.
At first listen, Carousel sounds like a new Sara Bareilles hit, but Carlton quickly makes the song unique, layering vocals in a strange, almost ethereal mix. All in all, it's a brilliant song, if a little too quirky for mainstream airplay.
